Reorder, rotate or delete pages in a PDF by dragging thumbnails, without uploading the document anywhere. Organize PDF shows every page as a preview: drag them into a new order, use the buttons on each page to rotate or remove it, and use the + between pages to insert a blank sheet. Nothing is committed until you save, and the original file on your disk is never changed. It is the fastest way to put a scanned bundle back into the right order or to drop the pages that do not belong.

How to use Organize / Reorder Pages

Click "Select PDF file" and choose the PDF to reorganise.
Drag any page thumbnail to a new position. The others shift to make room, so you can see the final order as you go.
Use the buttons on a page to rotate it or delete it. Deleted pages are not included in the saved file.
Use the + between two pages to slot in a blank one where you need a separator or a gap.
Click "Save PDF" and download the reorganised document.

Who it is for

Organize PDF is for the document that needs several fixes at once rather than one. A scanned bundle that came out of the feeder out of order, a presentation where the appendix ended up in the middle, or a report that needs a blank separator between sections. Because it shows every page as a thumbnail, it is also the honest way to check what is actually in a long document before sending it on — the thing people usually do by scrolling and lose track of.

How it works

Every page is rendered as a thumbnail and kept in memory as a page object. Dragging a card changes the order of that list, and saving writes the pages into a new document in the order you built.
The delete control on each page toggles, so clicking it a second time brings the page back. Nothing is committed until you save.
The plus control between two pages inserts a blank sheet at that position, which is what makes it possible to separate sections without an external document.

What it cannot do

Reordering has no undo. If you have dragged pages around and want the original order back, reload the file.
You cannot pull a page in from a different PDF here. Merge first, then organize the result.
The thumbnails are renderings, not the page content, so a page that looks blank may still carry text — check with PDF to Text if it matters.
Very long documents take a while to thumbnail, and the tab holds every preview in memory.

Frequently asked questions

Does deleting a page here remove it from the original file?

No. The tool builds a new document from the pages you keep and leaves the file on your disk exactly as it was. Your original stays intact until you choose to replace it, which means a mistake costs you nothing but a re-run.

Can I undo a delete?

Yes, if you have not saved yet — the delete control on a page toggles, so clicking it a second time brings the page back. Reordering has no undo, so if you have dragged pages around and want the original order back, reload the file and start again.

Can I add a page from a different PDF?

Not in this tool. It reorganises pages within one document. To combine two files, merge them first with Merge PDF and then reorder the result here.

How does this differ from Remove Pages or Extract Pages?

Those do one job each and are quicker for it: Remove Pages drops the pages you name, Extract Pages keeps only the pages you name. Organize PDF is the visual version — it does both plus reordering and blank insertion, which is why it suits a document that needs several changes rather than one.

Is my file uploaded?

No, and it matters more here than usual: a scanned bundle is often the only copy of something. The pages are read and rewritten in your browser, so the document never leaves your device.
